You can control your emotions, actions and reactions, not control or expect control out of anyone else's.

This why when I got my first management position at a 2 star company during COVID I fired all the employees. One by one. U think it's a burden to come into work with bills piling up let me help u not have a job. Fired all of them and did the jobs myself. It wasn't hard, not at all.Definitely.
