Meditation is fukking difficult

Also OP when I first started Transcendental Meditation I repeated a mantra in my head, maybe you can try that. It doesn't have to be a real word either, most people use "so hum", as another poster said focus on breathing

My mind is an orchestra of chaos, constant thoughts upon thoughts that is killing my productivity. Tried to do meditation but this shyt doesn't work :heh: boring as hell and feels pointless. All these audible books and self help gurus are recommended it though....

Porn is more relaxing than this shyt. Maserati has a new scene out that she is stuck in an elevator, post pregnancy thick .. lawd. :damn:

Help me get meditation to work brehs or porn will be my official mindfulness activity. :shaq:

learnt anything or its all pseduo nonsense. i notice most these yoga and meditators smoke herb bro lol.

I read the first chapter on a book for meditation and it being difficult is suppose to be part of the process. The act of drawing yourself back from your straying thoughts. Over and over and over again is the actual meditative part of it.

i saw somewhere for beginners you can get a glass of water and concentrate in a comfortable pose on the water. see the worlds majesty journey where the river turns into an ocean ... things of that nature. until you start to feel the majesty of it all within yourself.

I used to meditate regularly but since Covid, I’ve lost my way and been out of touch with myself.

I need to start back and force myself to have a routine. I thrive the best with one
