How is dis dude so successful for someone that makes the music he does?
not a shot at him, maybe even a compliment.

What happened?

While I fukks with the album, it sounds mainstream.

That's the definition of how a commercial joint sounds today

This is non-radio friendly commercial music

Like that last song would've been the most commercial song on future's album.

The music isn't very difficult, it sound like a commercial major label album.
Nothing different from a 50 cent album or Rick Ross album, "joints for everyone".
That's not fully relevant though, he has a strong fanbase, of course big pop songs and visibility helps but Meek has been grinding taking over the east coast's street music and the ignorant gangster music market.

I see no similarities between him and Sean who is quite feminine I might add
and he was famous before nicki so why go there?
Okay whats your point? Sean was famous before Ariana. Sold more after getting with her. Meek was famous before Nikki. Sold more after getting with her.

That ross deal/cosign was enormous.. For wale too... Rare you see signings under a major rapper come to success.. Did wonders for both

Plus both are managed by Roc Nation. Well, Wale was before his last album, and you see how that turned out...
