How nice it must be to be in Jason Schwartzman’s shoes, who does absolutely fukkin’ nothing in this movie, to still get a nice, fat nepo-check in the end.

It’s not about money. You obviously never worked on something you were passionate about and had others shyt on it. If you’re an artistic person and the project you’ve been working on for DECADES isn’t well received and flops, that’s gonna hurt.

He's even spoke recently about how he expects a lot of people to dislike the film but feels like it will have a legacy. Coppola is a true artist, he's not looking at a rotten tomatoes score or listening 40 year old man children who've never created anything in their life

Act you know the future brehs. And a legacy doesn’t mean it’s gonna be positive.

You’re the only one in here praising this film. I wouldn’t expect you to not stand by your man.

I mean, that’s cool that Coppola took a big swing on his passion project even if it didn’t land for me. Outside matters aside, I respect this more over something as soulless and studio-backed like a ‘Wolfs’.

But for cinema’s sake, I hope we aren’t looking back on this years from now talking about some “this aged nicely”.
