Pretty brilliant. They can use real estate to find wealthy potential "clients".
If they meet someone in a lounge they have no idea what they are really worth, if they meet someone looking to buy a house they will know exactly what they make because you have to tell your R.E. Agent how much you make for a living in order to find a house in your price range. They can also use this as a front to avoid legal action also. Considering that rich people seem more likely to trick because its less time consuming they can easily find a sugar daddy to sponsor them.
If this is what they are doing then,pretty smart.
That "Real Estate License " is these hoes trump card/safety valve.... most of them have it, just in case shyt goes bad and they need a real job, or as a reason to claim they aren't just a hoe....most aren't actually using them.
it's actually not that hard to get a real estate license... depending on the state, you could get that shyt in as little as 3 months....those hoes just make that shyt seem like it's on some Bar Exam shyt.

It's not a safety valve. Its commission only and sales oriented. A lot of work you have to do before you even get paid. high risk high reward but a lot of people that have real estate licenses don't make money and if you're not producing you will get dropped.
