Man come the playoffs.. Jamal and JJ's shots won't fall for shyt which renders them worthless. Blake will have the 'deer in the headlights' 'hot potato' ball late in close big games. CP3, if he isn't injured, can't impose his will physically. There's no shots to take from DJ. Austin will show some heart but really its wide open for a Melo to join this club. I don't know about you but I'm sick of these 1st and 2nd round exists. Melo's not much on the defensive end but guess what, neither is Blake. I'll take that 40 point game in a heartbeat. We need to see something different for this team. We need an Alpha in the worst way. We get past Houston two years ago with a Melo on the squad, I know that for sure. This ain't Golden State fighting over shots. Blake and sometimes CP3 want no parts of a close game late in the 4th quarter. Only dude down to shoot the ball is Jamal Crawford and I'm sick of him. I can understand Melo not being your favorite player. That's all cool... However, why would I call a multi-million dallor ball athlete a "bum"? shyt don't sit well with me.

Honestly. How you gonna build around Porzing? If they trade Melo what better is gonna come? Honestly they won't be competing for a title for a long time, prolly won't even make a good playoff run for another 5-10

Get a pick between 6-10 this year and possibly another lotto pick next year. Jonathan Issac and KP would be deadly defensively. Knicks aren't going nowhere with Melo, so might as well try to get whatever you can get and proceed with a true rebuild.

If you're getting a pick that far out it can't have protections on it, right to swap has to be mandatory if it's a pick 6 years from now.
