Look I'm glad she got the strap but tbh i don't pay enough attention to divas wrestling to know who does or doesn't "deserve" it but it's hard for me to say anyone "deserves" the title in a sport with a pre-determined outcome.

If you're telling me less talented people got the title before Naomi, so what, they didn't "deserve" it either they got it because of some agenda at that point in time from the guy who calls the shots, which is the same reason Naomi is getting it right now. Again, same as Bray? Is he the best in ring, most over, most entertaining? Is he even top 5 in any of those categories? So why does he deserve it? If you're telling me being around for a few years and not getting a title means you "deserve" it then everyone on the roster apparently deserves it, which is the point Meltzer was making. I believe Kofi deserves a run and Booker T deserved a run, but that's my bias talking

If Lana or Emma win will they deserve it? Rusev or R Truth deserve a championship title? Will they deserve the chant? Kofi deserves it a title more than Naomi to me. He been at the top of his craft and wasn't saddled with a loser like Tamina and Brodas Clay and the bum who got fired. When the slammy awards come back. Naiomi should get best improved wrestler of the year by a wide mark. She really stepped it and I was super critical of her. I think she can have a great match with Charlotte, Boss and Bayley.

His HOFer matches at Mania were against a post-streak Taker and Cena, both of which he had no realistic chance of winning. Unless you're going over, those two are two of the worst HOFers to face for that "elevated just for being in the ring with them" rub.
