Its obvious the label bosses preferred dealing with jay. He was handed the rocawear deal. For all of this talk of being a great businessman he basically just cashed out the whole ROC dynasty. Fast forward to today and he's trying to trick people into buying tidal subscriptions by holding albums hostage. Hov was owed $50M in royalties that Dame seemed to fukk up that Def Jam offered that to him along with masters of all his albums under Def Jam.
