The only way to fight white Supremacy and Oppression is Economic Power. You don't fight Oppression with hoping and asking. You fight it with Competition. We are scared to compete and be on equal footing or surpass these CACs

All of the Black Revolutionaries that the Coli pretends to love all talk about Black Economic Power. ALL of them. From Malcolm X, to Marcus Garvey, to Patrice Lumumba, to Booker T Washington

Funny how that topic seems to get left out when these Coli Fake Militants talk about ending Systematic Racism. They like hashtags and Slogans more

Yup. They're gonna call u a c00n though, so be ready. Sensitive fukks all over this forum
No one called him a c00n, we just said he was wrong. Yes economic power is needed but you don't grow that by...working 60 hours a week at dead end jobs. That's moving backwards, working too much for too little. Beyond the fact that Kevil Samuels is a closeted gay man, he also seems to have a general misunderstanding of jobs.

We've got a generation of black men who aren't going to college, aren't going into trades, and essentially aren't doing anything but side hustles and bullshyt. End result isn't gonna get pretty especially as the generation gets older. What we need is a recommitment to actual professions. Yes, the days of factory workers buying homes and taking care of their families are over but...that shyt has been over for decades, and I feel like there hasn't been a paradigm shift with us. Instead of arguing over whether college is worth it, or what the white man is/isn't doing...we should be asking

1. What are the high paying jobs
2. What are the high paying degrees
3. What are the high paying trades

If you go to college, you should have a gameplan of what you want to do BECAUSE the end result is a good job. If you don't want to go to college, you should have a gameplan of what you want to do (trades, federal jobs, etc) BECAUSE the end result is a high paying job. That's what the mindset should be, not picking an arbitrary number of hours you need to work weekly in order to still be broke.

Why are you c00ns steady looking for JOBS? Most of the top tier jobs are reserved for WHITE PEOPLE. Yes exceptional blacks will get a gig here and there but the majority wont.

Blacks need to create businesses or become professionals for the greatest chance at economic success. fukk outta here with this endless job bullshyt. Typical broke Dem mindset. So over it.

And they actually did worse, the REPORTED the POST. ITS PATHETIC. Soo many sensitive hoes on here.

Don't get emotional because you rather be 2nd class citizens instead of competing with CACs Economically. Stay where you are, you are more comfortable there
Exactly. That is why i no longer feel sorry for these negroes. Ive decided many black folk enjoy being broke. No sense of urgency despite all the potential turmoil were are facing. The dollar is losing value everyday and everyone else is accumulating guns and gold, yet black folk still looking for jobs.

Many black folk aint gone make it. And it saddens me.

At least there will always be africa

I work this much (60+ hours a week), I get paid appropriately (>$100,000) and I'm in a strong stable industry.
I work this hard because it allows me to save and invest thousands of dollars and
contemplate building/growing a portfolio of cash appreciating assets that should
eventually allow me to slow down on working so hard or exit working so damn hard entirely.

(Mutual Funds/Index Funds, Stocks for Individual Companies, Real Estate etc.)
These are things that I actually own or will eventually move into owning because
of the opportunities that lay before me.

:yeshrug:

I don't know if society will collapse but I do know that I need to get myself to
a specific point on that off chance that it doesn't.

I don't always agree with Kevin Samuels but this right here ?
He has a point.

Yet another reason why I don’t like him. He oversimplifies shyt.

Without addressing the way our economy has gutted pay for workers in this country, (I.e. disappearing pensions, benefits slashed, poor wages, increased housing costs…ect) this advice comes off as out of touch.
Middle class has been disappearing for a LOOONG time. Wealth has been consolidated in the hands of a few. Sure people need to work hard b/c the alternative is degeneracy, but they also need to work hard in the right ways. Because you can put in 60+ hrs of work and still barely make it if you aren’t working hard in a smart way.

And if there aren’t major revolutionary changes made to this economy like addressing greed corporations messing everything up, then all the work in the world won’t change shyt.

Black people get hired all the time. MOST people's income comes from a job, not a business. Most small businesses fail, especially right now. You know all this, I'm sure. Do I want more black businesses. YES. But on average the best means towards economic success right now for the average person is graduating with a good degree - accounting, finance, nursing, healthcare administration, law, engineering, IT, etc. Are there jobs you should get that a white person will get? Probably, sure, whatever. But there are plenty of black people eating good in those fields including myself.

"Start your own business" is not a logical advice piece for most people, given that most small businesses fail. What else are we doing to advance ourselves. I want more businesses, I want more black professionals, I want more black trade masters, etc.

If you work a job that only pays like $12 / ,hour or less, you're really hustling backwards if you're working 60 hrs a week.

But if you have a decent paying job that's hourly, and offers overtime pay at 1.5x or 2x, you'd be a foo not to take advantage of it for atleast a year in your 20s or early 30s. Especially if you have no children.

Kevin in his mid 20s was making high 5 figures lol. He wasn't working 60s a hours a week himself. Me and him are in the same age range. Back in the 90s you could work 60+ and take home a good paycheck in 2021 the goal is to gain a useful combination of hard and soft skills while keeping your D2I ratio low. There more nuance than if you're broke you're not working hard enough.
