That's not how this works breh, they need to get the jobs and equal pay... buh buh they also need a man who makes more than them and will pay all the bills... buh they are also an independent women that can pay their own bills... buh don't ask them to do that though because that will make you less of a man and as a man you should the provider... plus her money is hers but your money is hers also

Been with my girl three years. She's 33, I'm 34. Planning for marriage and first kid next year.
Right now, any bill she had before me, she pays, so that would be her car note, car insurance, phone bill, student loans, car repairs, miscellaneous BS. She's a nurse at almost 100k.
I cover all my monthly expenses of course and the shyt we share so that'll be rent/mortgage, utilities, etc. All the household shyt.
When we have kids, I'll cover everything and I'll push for her be a SAHM, although she says she wants to still work 10-15hrs a week.
She's frugal, so she'll most likely stack any left over bread. No issue with that from me.
I'm of the belief that arguing with women about money and bills are a waste of mental energy, as it just communicates to the woman that you don't have the ability to provide.
Instead, I'd just rather just be that nikka, secure the bag, run it up and keep shyt with my woman seamless stress free and handled.
For example, our combined monthly expenses are 4-5k and I'm on track to making about that a week in 2021. Every year, I aim to increase my income by at least 50% and she's looking to be capped at 100k - - it's asinine to ask my girl to split the bills.
Now, is this fair? Hell no - - but that's the burden of man. We need to do more, be more, take care of our families, and take more responsibility.
I never understood how you could call yourself a man and be in dire fukkin straits if your girl couldn't come up with half the rent or some shyt. On date night and be like "babe I got it last week, ur turn." Nikka, I'd be fukkin embarrassed.
