ok... so what exercises did they give you to handle the same muscle groups that pushups isolate?

U don't know shyt bruh If their techniques cured me I would not have issues with my joints. My older bro was a d1 athlete still ripped at 38 but unfortunately I ain't get those genes. Ain't no cure I need annual injections or surgery. I'm good.

How important is core work for boxing? As far as punch efficacy/power?
Core is very essential. From breathing technique to having a strong core to withstand body blows. Punching power comes more from hip flexibility/strength.
