Men with daughters how did you handle public restrooms?

Yeah I would take the kids boy and girl into the women's bathroom when they were younger. She's 11 now and I feel a little comfortable letting her go alone. My son is turning 9 soon but I still go in the bathroom with him if it has stalls.
I had mentioned here years ago that I would take my daughter to the women's bathroom and I got a ton of backlash. shyt has definitely changed

You know I probably would too. Dudes can be a$$holes, imagine some sick fukk trying flash his wee wee, I'd be facing a life sentence behind that....

Appreciate that. We always taught the oldest to be independent and not be scared to do things by herself while always being aware of her surroundings. Don’t want to raise scared children. However, we gotta ease into the public restroom thing.
