That's part of the problem. Whoever interviewed method asked him a leading question to start a controversy... Method obviously hasn't spoken to RZA about the idea and it seems he wasn't the only WU member missinformed. The media trolled these guys. Had they read what RZA said they would get the concept.

Album is sold to one person/buyer who cannot resell it commercially for 88 years but can distribute for free. Nothing has changed from the original rollout plan except for the commercial sale restriction.

All this info was stated clearly by RZA but the Wu and most of y'all got second hand misinformation from the internet.
