The 3rd act is so ass that I wish I could get a refund.

There really is one way in and out of each biome? Really?? Trash

I just want to hear about the controls.

The red dead switch 2 is supposed to have the best use of mouse controls, hd rumble to come to switch.

If Metroid hasn't topped that they need to start firing people.
Oh shyt I ain't even know red dead utilizes mouse controls. That's hit will obviously help with aiming especially this trick shot shyt

I just started red dead. Once I stop doing the tutorial missions and really get to stand on my own two feet I'll be able to really test it but they're good so far

:snoop: What a terrible ending. Took about 14 hours to complete but man I got really bored with the repetitive go through linear path -> fight boss cycle after the 3rd area. Forcing you to drive through this fukking desert collecting the green energy shards to get to the last area was a terrible design decision. I understand why this game got the scores it got...

Decent game. Bad Metroid game.

Feels like Arkham Knight. Some good moments, looks great but lacks the excitement and the soul of the earlier ones

Glad we finally got it but I'd rather Retro work on something else and let Mercury Steam keep cooking up 2D games

It's like the game is actively aware of when you might start having fun and wanting to explore, and it goes out of its way to stop you

Comms message telling you where you need to go. Forcing you to come back to the base and then head back out (long ass loading sequence each time)

Explicitly telling you where to go after you got your upgrade is a choice, but it also makes sense when there's a big dumb overworld that connects the locations. There's no real shortcuts between the locations

I don't think sequence breaking is even a thing in this game. You can't really go anywhere and see anything off the intended path in any meaningful way

Again, decent single player adventure game with some action. As a Metroid game, it's bad
