I'm constantly writing checks for my sister to prevent my little niece and nephews from suffering from their dumbass parents decision making. My younger sister refuses to force her baby's daddy to pay to take care of their child cause she's afraid he'll stop fukking with her . shyt, I'm in Charlotte right now getting my nephew and niece righteous for back to school because she ain't making much at Wal-Mart and I'm not letting them go to school half steppin.

She gonna call me yesterday talking about just send me the money for their stuff, save yourself a trip she says..

Her: You don't trust me, Gaff?

Her: I know how to properly take care of my kids, nikka.

Me:

Her: Can I get a couple hundred to get my car's oil changed?

Me:

If I didn't care so much about the little ones, I'd probably stop fukking with her completely sad to say.

Brehs this just happened to me. I just started my career. She went into debt over charges, lawyer fees and shyt. Just because I got it she asking for bands not even her own family would lend her. Mind you this ain't my girl just someone that knows me. Told her to ask her ex who she's working things out with. She said we ain't together plus he ain't got money. Told her is that my fault you make poor decisions in life and in relationships. She still gonna try to work things out with him, but if a guy who could lift her from these bad situations came along she would curve his shyt. So I don't feel bad. Am I wrong guys?

Over a day's day drive. So, if you think a desparate bum can drive 12 hours in a day, and they drove 60 MPH average, that would mean they would have traveled 720 miles one way. Make that the minimum distance. More is better.
Just make it 1200 miles or more away. This way, if they show up, you can ask them where they got $50 for gas just to get where you are.

I had these same thoughts before

I'm from the East Coast, so my mentality was to move to the Midwest or the West Coast. Was leaning towards the West Coast (Pac NW area). On one hand, I know that would put all the distance I need between me and my crazy ass family but, then I felt guilty for moving so far away from my mom. I'm not looking forward to her leaving this planet but, whenever that day comes, I"m so outta there. Won't even visit.

Don't know where you stand on job searches, but look up federal jobs on usajobs.gov. Then, apply to jobs that will send you across the country . This way, you could say the government sent you there and not have as much guilt.
If you really want to go into ghost mode, apply to US federal jobs in a foreign country.

I say that to say - I don't wanna see somebody ass out...but if you got a PATTERN of being assed out because
you don't make good decisions, I doesn't make any sense to throw my good money after bad.

I got a relative who also needed a car to get to work...mind you, this was for like...her 4th job in a year.
She STAY gettin' good jobs and fuccin' 'em off doin' dumb chit. So she got another job, and needed help gettin' a car to go
to work. I was like "how she get to the interview??" lol

Now she didn't even ask me, because she
knows better. She got my mama to give (GIVE!) her a car...which she quickly wrecked doing non-work activities.
So she ended up losing that job.

I said "she need to find her a job that's on the bus line."

Man. Ppl need yo realize youll end up starving trying to feed ppl who stay.hungry on some rather than getting their shyt together and getting things themselves. AND its usually family.who will keep fukking up and try to use others as a safety net. Gotta nip that shyt in the bud.
