well I am 50/50 here dude should be a valuable roleplayer but he isn't starter worthy on a playoff level team because his defense is generally bad. Still its a good pickup for the Heat but I could see him struggle to get some minutes as the season goes on.

How many minutes do yal project him to play? I can't see him getting more than 20 mpg to be honest. Am I off base here?

I think provided he has a good camp he'll get 20 or more, they will try to save Bron and Battier's legs for the post season. This is their first real backup for LeBron that you can point to and he can split time at either the 3 or 4.

That's not a lot of competition when you consider that the Heat will have to be more mindful of managing minutes this year. He has a clear shot at being the first off the bench at the 3 or 4.
The Heat were 6th defensively in the league with him, he doesn't get signed if Riley and Spoelstra don't believe they can get him to play some type of defense.
