Miami's biggest problem is that they didn't hire an elite coach to lead them

Naw breh. They would have two rings and a 2-1 lead now if the best player on the planet played like it. Spo isn't a great coach by any means but he can't run out in the floor and make nikkas execute.

Bron gotta be the most frustrating player in the history of the league.

Dude ALWAYS has the match up advantage but only takes advantage of it half of the time.

My Pops Forever RIP
Seems like they figured they could become a dynasty with an average coach and depend on their talent to overcome all. Spo is not a good coach and it's pretty obvious. Hell, how long did it take him to give Mike Miller some burn. I never hear anyone say how they came out with a good strategy, it's always how or why one of the big 3 isn't performing.

If giving Mike Miller MORE PT is the key Miami desperately needs to win, then y'all are in a fukked up position no matter who the coach is.

Pat Riley or whoever else you can think of isn't gonna outcoach Pop the way he's going and he can't make Bosh less soft.

This is on the players. If anything PG has been lacking for Miami.

Cole and Chalmers were both terrible.

They got a nikka who could be the best PG in the league, but for whatever reason has refused to play that role since he came into the league.

It falls on the coach. What was the point of them signing Bosh if they're not going to utilize him. Call him what you want, but Bosh is a good down low scorer. He can either take you off the dribble, shoot the 15 ft. jump shot and post you up at times. Bosh looks so lost out there.

spo's been called mediocre for years, even after they won a ring...and it's true, although he has gotten better, he isn't really that good. and when he's up against a goat-level coach, he really looks bad.

there might be some truth to the whole riley angle. maybe they're trying to keep it in the fam over there.

they're a great team regardless of how spo is coaching though. so right now, he's not their biggest problem - it's lebron timidness (especially with his jumper) and their defense.

anyone that knows anything knew that the spurs would be a problem on that end because of tony parker's penetration and the whole team's ball movement...and miami's getting killed both ways. no one's on miami is gonna stop the frenchman but they're not rotating and moving well. that scrambling defensive style they play isn't as quick or sharp as it needs (or used) to be. that's a big reason why guys like danny green and gary neal are killing from range. they're obviously on fire but they're getting a lot of good looks too.

there's a reason a lot of people thought the spurs were a terrible match-up for the heat...and we're seeing why.

Naw, Spo did a good job this series but he has been outcoached but that's expected. Spo will outcoach anyone.

I been saying this for years. Miami killer is their lack of center. You can only get away with Bosh or Halsem at center for so long. It's impossible now. I am about to cash out on my coli bucks tho.

And what happens if the Heat blow the Spurs out next game, still a horrible coach? What if the Heat win the series, still a horrible coach?

Op is just making this thread because he didn't like how people laughed at Mark Jackson talking about god, after GS beat a non executing Nuggets squad.

No I'm not nikka, fukk you talkin bout. That nikka is a terrible coach which is evident. fukk you bringing up Mark Jackson lil buddy? Miss me nikka

The Heats biggest problem is their rebounding and general post play.

They were the worst rebounding team in the league this year and no team has ever been last in rebounding and won the title.

Taking Birdman out of the starting lineup has only made their problems worse. So, yeah T/S is right. Its the coaching. Spo controls the lineups and hasnt found a balance for playing Haslem, Miller, Battier, & Birdman. Its either get killed on the boards or killed from outside. As long as Neal & Green keep making shots this series is done.

Spo's been to 3 straight finals and is 1-1.

Problem? :childplease:

His lack of coaching has been Miami achillies heel, there is no reason in the world why a vanilla ass Pacer team should give them problems, not to mention a Bulls team who whole team was damn near injured. Spo has no strategy makes no adjustments no nothing, he cant keep relying on the big three to bail them out...........................

Weak coaching always gets exposed in the playoffs if I was Riley win or lose Spo has got to go.....
