On another note, for the people that are actually concerned with the topic would you all post your newspapers local articles on the issue. I'd like to see the racist types of comments being left from EVIL COWARDS across the nation on the issue.

I'm not sure if you realize this or not so I'll respond to you under the pretense that you don't, the higher learning section and most of the thoughts and threads shared there do not represent the thoughts and ideas of the large majority of people in society. Those thoughts are more closely reflected in this forum, hence why this forum is frequented by more posters then higher learning.
So when i speak on this issue not getting the attention it should from the people that should be giving it I'm referring to masses of people in thissociety and i speak to that segment here, in this forum.

I think i was wrong on the concurrent sentencing. Apparently each attempted murder count carriers a minumum 20 year sentence in florida.

Was the jury instructed to consider second degree or manslaughter though?
First degree murder is a guy takes out an insurance policy on his wife then kills her for the money or he catches her cheating and plots out a plan to kill her and her lover.
