He fled the scene, went to his hotel room, ordered pizza, walked his dog, had some drinks then watched a movie immediatly after killing this kid. Then the next day, he left town and drove over 100 miles to go home. Had someone not gotten his license plate down at the scene which led to the cops coming to his door and arresting him who knows when or IF he would have even been taken into custody.

NOTHING about that is the actions of someone that thinks they acted according to the law. NOTHING.

Those black jurors need to come forward and let us know what happened in those deliberations.

i didnt want to get too involved in it knowing there was a chance he would get away with it which he almost did
So now that you're interested to know, what's stopping you from back tracking through the available information yourself instead of relying on others to do it for you?

Nah, I'm just tired of lazy nikkas like yourself who treat things like this like some sort of joke that you just pretend to care about. If you cared about any of this you would take the time to look into it yourself. Almost everything you need to know about this case is in this thread already but rather then scroll through and read the information for yourself you want someone to take their time to bring you up to speed while you use your time to continue doing whatever foolishness it is that you do. I'm seriously tired of nikkas like you.

One thing is for sure......These state prosecutors in Florida are not getting their cases across to the jurors........

They put on a very strong case....some jurors werent going to convict no matter what, for obvious reasons. There was no sane reason in the world to not convict for first degree murder. Im really starting to wonder what exactly it takes to convict a white man of killing or harming a person of color. Seems like all bets are off nowadays.

We black people know that truth, but for some reason with these past two major cases .......they seem to be doing more defending than prosecuting.......It's set up against minorities for sure........I want to know the make up of that jury? men/women/races

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
breh do you know what first degree murder BY LAW
  • First-degree murder is any murder that is willful and premeditated. Felony murder is typically first-degree.
  • Second-degree murder is a murder that is not premeditated or planned in advance.
  • Voluntary manslaughter (often incorrectly referred to as third-degree murder), sometimes called a "Heat of Passion" murder, is any intentional killing that involved no prior intent to kill, and which was committed under such circumstances that would "cause a reasonable person to become emotionally or mentally disturbed." Both this and second-degree murder are committed on the spot, but the two differ in the magnitude of the circumstances surrounding the crime. For example, a bar fight that results in death would ordinarily constitute second-degree murder. If that same bar fight stemmed from a discovery of infidelity, however, it may be mitigated to voluntary manslaughter
By law if I brought 12 people in a room and told them the FACTS of this case could you say without a shadow of a doubt that 12 people would agree that he INTENDED to kill jordan davis. If not then your gonna have that happen period.

By Dunns own testimony, he told Davis "you're not gonna kill me you son of a bytch" before shooting to kill his target. If that's not an open admission that he intended to kill then I DONT KNOW WHAT IS
