I didn't even need to go in the thread before knowing the inevitable "MJ is scared LeBron is better so he picked Kobe" post was going to pop up. :snoop:

Jordan trying to save face. He knows the world knows Bean is the bootleg MJ and can never touch His Airness so MJ is pushing Bean > Bron so he stays the undisputed GOAT. He don't want them LeBron comparisons because then it's clear as day who's better.

Oh yeah, and plus... :mjpls:

If he did is that a bad thing? :what:

Let's be reality, Bill Russell isn't in Hakeem's stratosphere in terms of skill. Dude was winning rings with arguably the greatest supporting cast ever assembled and there was only 8 teams in the league. Wilt dropped 50 on his head 7 times. But who cares about context, when it's just so much easier to say 11 > (insert number here).

Jordan dumbing down whose better by ring count shows why he picked Kwame Brown.

Can you articulate what exactly it is you're trying to suggest by quoting stats completely out of context?

If we want to play the stats game you could feasibly argue that Dwyane Wade had the most statistically impressive Finals of any player in NBA history. :mjpls:

NBA Playoffs: Greatest Finals performances -- No. 1 - ESPN

This is why stats out of context are irrelevant and have no business in arguments like these.

So Mike is saying Russell is the GOAT and damn near twice the player he was right? :mjpls:

:laff: at this nikka MJ coming with the cop out. He makes it all about rings so that A) doesn't take any thought B) no feelings are hurt C)he can hedge his bets in case Lebron gets more. I'd expect more from MJ in terms of blunt straight to the point analysis of their games. :manny:

But Mike doesn't really know shyt about evaluating talent. Same nikka that drafted Kwame Brown and Adam Morrison.
