@kp404 is too much of a coli coward to post a response to me about NBA teams being in control of load management instead of players, negging me.

Heres proof.

NBA players have their own data analytics team monitoring practices and games using GPS to determine when a player should rest? :camby:

The game has changed, the game has changed for every single professional sport yet the NBA is the only one where players load manage like this.
Wrong. NFL players do too. Ed Mcaffery is under load management. NFL players returns and rest are mostly team decisions

Players get scheduled days off in baseball but nobody cares. Only six players played all 162 games this season.
These dudes are limited bruh.

I’m still waiting for dude to post these pro load management consensus from young player

I clearly should be quoted saying that. Do so.

Second…load management is FO driven. MJ not addressing that in an interview suddenly makes it not true and is a Chicago counterpoint to what’s happening. :childplease:

Yall are so goofy in here, I swear

I don’t believe for a second that Michael Jordan gave a shyt about playing 82 games for the fans. It sounds good. I just don’t believe it.

I believe he played all those games because he was a fierce competitor and because in his era, players just didn’t take games off. And it probably didn’t occur to coaches to sit players anyway, barring injury of course.

Also, and I don’t understand why today’s fan refuses to acknowledge this, the modern NBA player covers more miles per season than ever before. The demands are simply greater. That’s not an opinion. That’s a statistical fact.
Yup this is due to the offensive & defensive schemes that typically require more athleticism in terms of speed and acceleration in today’s nba along with star players having the ball more in their hands leading to higher usage rates requiring to do more & spacing leading to more off & on ball movement

Edit: also forgot to mention this is overall a team’s decision not just a player :russ: There are a multiple people involved in the decision making process so seeing nikkas calling out just the players is funny but dumb asf because they’re essentially saying the doctor and such are ā€œSAWFTā€ :dead:

Not my fault it’s a typo.

Again…I said what I said . MJ wasn’t asked if it was nba front office decisions on load management. You used that gap in it not being asked as some sort of proof that it isnt NBA teams in control of it :camby:

It's still load management. Nobody cares since it's baseball.

Nobody cares they're playing every day

Vlad Guerro Jr played 156 games this year, 96% of the games. NBA players were out here playing 55-60 games some seasons, and even now with the 65 game limit for awards, it's still 79%

No starting baseball player is getting load managed for 20-25% of the season.

Christian Mccaffery is currently leading the league in touches by 28 :unimpressed:
The Niners managed him correctly letting him comeback at the right time where he is as effective as he once was.

he no longer is the injury prone guy he was in Carolina
