Nobody cares they're playing every day

Vlad Guerro Jr played 156 games this year, 96% of the games. NBA players were out here playing 55-60 games some seasons, and even now with the 65 game limit for awards, it's still 79%

No starting baseball player is getting load managed for 20-25% of the season.
I know nobody cares because Matt Olson has played all 162 games for 4 straight seasons.
My point is scheduling rest days for players is still a form of load management.
The percentages are obviously going to be higher for NBA players because they play half the amount of games.

The Yay
@jwonder @yseJ @Bryan Danielson @Rekkapryde dudes in here saying Christian mcacffrey gets load managed :dead:
Reb is usually my dude but nahhh.... lol. Cmc got crazy load had Achilles issues in both of his legs and played than less than half a year last year due to injuries...

Then this year he is worked like a mule where third and fourth rbs can't even get a snap all year... and second rb only gets a snap when cmc takes himself out.

He got most touches in the league by a wide margin. A rb who is nearing 30 with extensive injury history. He's one Achilles snap away from ending his career.

There are so many things I’d love to hear MJ talk about… load management isn’t on that list. I don’t like load management. I also understand why it’s a thing with certain players. The game is totally different now. MJ’s counterexample to load management was the flu game. A Finals game. What are we doing here? Stop wasting these sitdowns.
Lowkey, Kobe would've been the best pick for this style of commentary but that sadly will never happen.

Compared to how he was used in Carolina.

whats haha about that?

It's pretty much the same. He's averaging 20.7 touches per game with the Niners, he averaged 19 touches per game with the Panthers.

For this season he's barely slightly below his pace in 2019.

I don't see the big difference besides how they probably deal with him in practice.

On the Panthers, he was getting injured more. The Niners are much more patient with him to me.

The Niners managed him correctly letting him comeback at the right time where he is as effective as he once was.
:laff: :laff: :laff: breh you have no clue what you are talking about. CMC is a horrible example of what you are trying to say. The fact he hasn't had another huge injury does not mean what you think it means :mjlol:

He was frequently injured in NC. I thought he was damaged goods when he got to San Fran but they were more patient with how they use him.

If Im wrong, so be it. NFL teams practice loa; management too.
