Nikkas weren't as talented on the offensive side of the ball or stacked talent wise (other than the bulls) as these teams were today. The Bulls were better than all those teams they faced by far.
Just the 2015-2016 season when many would argue that KD had the better team. Those two games alone are more indicative than KD riding the coattails of a team that Bron was already struggling to beat before he signed there.

They got taken to 7 by the Mavs in Round 1, had to win a Game 6 OT game against a hobbled Thunder squad to progress to the Finals, and then got dumped out in Round 1 of the playoffs the very next year by Chris Paul and them. MJ would've made light work of them and every other team LeBron lost to outside of GS.

Plus lebron was even beating Durant the year he won MVP up until the same year thunder blew a 3-1 lead vs Warriors
