Putting all the chips on the table with a core of Jokic, MPJ, Murray, and Gordon :wow:

Let’s go get that first ring :win:

Gordon looked absolutely lost out there offensively last season so I'm looking forward to them having a full offseason together to work that out :ehh:

To say nothing of Murray's return... :wow:

Between Murray, Jokic upcoming supermax, and Porter max, Denver looking at onver 400 mil and might never get out the 2nd round :francis:
Who is beating them healthy besides the lakers? No kawhi, cp3 old, and even the lakers are getting old and injury prone

I keep telling y’all $30M is the new ticket get used to it.

But on the real; he’s already had an injury, hasn’t won anything, isn’t the first or second option, and never in my life have I seen someone wear his jersey or even talk about him in real life and he’s getting that type of bag :picard:

You can apply that same logic to other players in the league as well who are on max or near max contracts, so it's unfair to hold that against him.

A lot of people overlook the fact that he was the top prospect in his class and would have been a top 5 pick even over Bagley and Jaren Jackson Jr if it wasn't for the back injury.

Tobias Harris, Andrew Wiggins, KP, and other players who are making $30+ million a season. People keep saying those players are overpaid and rightfully so, but that's a symptom of the increase in the salary cap that's causing those contracts to come to fruition. The max rookie contract has more than double in the past 8 years from $80 million that it used to be.

You can blame ESPN/TNT for creating this problem by overpaying for the rights when they didn't have to. That's where the issue started.

Denver had to do it or he would have been snatched up.
