If they weren’t coming together correctly then it’s a good thing they got canceled before more money was waisted.
Part of the industries problem is these big bloated ass development cycles that end up producing a game that doesn’t not hit on the things it wants to hit.
Canceled games are not a “bad” thing.
They are only used for internet people to complain about shyt they don’t even know about.
As for jobs. If you actually cared about jobs it’s microsoft still adding jobs every year, despite what the console wars perspective tells you.

none of those closed studios matter. It happens everyday which makes it cool cause M$/Sony saves a little change.

What i do know is there’s always another tech job, i’ve always landed on my feet and i’m sure the people with “microsoft” on their resume will be just fine. Lots of them will find other positions at microsoft

Not longer than a month ago shuhei was talking about how many games got cancelled at Sony both behind the scenes and before launching, and most of the times after years of work.

Not every day a playstation “exclusive” comes to xbox tho……..at least not yet…..
The icing on the cake was the year and a half of hyping up the game, arguing how it was technically a Sony exclusive since they published it and supported it, and laughing about how the only PlayStation publish games Sony have released on Xbox was because they were forced too legally and that Sony themselves aren't going to put their games on Xbox.
