Basically, it was time for me to leave and she wanted me to get carts. It's pitch black outside and I did what I was suppose to. The anger been building up for months. So, I say my piece and she says I have an attitude. Then, I said, "I came here when I wasn't suppose to come in". They call me on the day of to come sometimes and I do it trying to be professional.

It's all Caucasians in charge and the Blacks that work there are just regular employees. I never had an issue like that in my life before.

Fam, you gotta know your place in the type of work you do

You work at a grocery store/retail.

When you're pushing carts, you'll NEVER have that much leeway so even if you think you're above the job, the best way to prove that is getting a better job

I'm not saying to lose respect for yourself, but you have to acknowledge that you're doing entry level work and respect doesn't come easy on the bottom.
