Being fair about it I don't even think he's a programmer. He's an artist and businessman. He also didn't create Mega Man Akira Kitamura did. When Mega Man brought on Inafune they already had the character they just used him to refine their design.

People pinned hopes and dreams on this but if you take a hard look at it shyt looks questionable. The director of this game, I tried to look into him. I don't he directed and of the other Mega Man games. The project should have been lead by one of the previous directors.
