Could hire a personal chef to make him Chipotle at home but you gotta do what you gotta do on the road.
The immediate thought that came to mind.

Chipotle is a death trap bc of that. Yea all the options are ‘healthy’ but mass produced foods have astronomical levels of sodium that you can’t even taste. This is the type of bad diet that won’t show up in weight or appearance but when you hit a certain age and seemingly healthy people have issues and more stuff, this is the type of stuff behind it.

The crazy thing is they don't even need to put salt in all those items.

I saw them making chicken once and they put FISTFUL of salt over the grill :mjtf:

Exactly. American standards are trash. A ‘large’ drink is like 3 cans of soda :heh: Or how stores sell dried fruit with sugar :snoop: Or my favorite when you ask them to put a ‘little’ of something it’s like they can’t compute. They are physically unable to put anything less than a towering glob of sour cream

A chef gonna cost him $100k a year. Chipotle has cost him $50k in 10 years. Now he got a card to eat a free meal a day from them.

Popeyes has a warning on they menu items saying the sodium is super high
at least popeyes I can eat anything off the menu and not feel like Im drowning in salt

daves I cant even order tenders, just do sliders so kaleslaw bread and cheese soak in some of that salt. its too bad cuz I love nashville style hot chicken but the salt amount is just crazy and unnecessary

Dave’s changed the recipe when it went national..when it was just a LA thing the chicken was fresher but once it gets franchised say bye to quality

The macros are perfect, I don't blame him. I'd honestly do the same thing if I could afford. Almost even did that "hack" for meal prep where you just order chipotle catering and turn it into meal prep.

It literally spells out all the macros you want, and its def "fresher" than the other type chit out there.
