Interesting that we've seen two of (arguably) the most stable, by-the-book, assured franchises in sports fire their coach/manager before their respective seasons ended in the same calendar year - the Packers and Cardinals. And both are Mike M.'s, to boot. 
As for where GB goes from here, would they try to make a splashy college hire, e.g. B. Kelly, Riley, or someone like that? They don't seem like that type of org, but who knows.

McCarthy ran that same old tired offense since 2010 and ARod has been saying for a while now that he’s tired of that shyt and wants to call plays. Every team has schemed out that backyard bullshyt he still calling but the FO needs to take some blame also for taking away his weapons and getting rid of quality players and having ARod shoulder the load with basic ass play calls.

Difference in opinions on how the game plan should be. MM calls draw plays on 3rd and 10 late in the game down by a FG where as rodgers always trying to find the big play.
Rodgers pleaded to be coach after the 2015 season so its not like he completely threw MM under the bus. The fat fukk did it to himself because he isnt a coach and cant coach worth shyt when your own franchise qb is asking for help.
