doubt it'll happen but i wouldn't mind seeing either Flores or Glenn get that job. Aaron is from down here and played at A&M, but he'll probably end up with the Jets if they're smart. Flores could come in here and toughen this team up some because they're butter soft. what we don't need is another "offensive guru" to come in and continue the soft, finesse ass style we've been running since Garrett. everytime we meet up with a physical team we lose.

Neither of those seem to be the Yes Men that the Dallas Cowboys Head Coach has to be with Jerry Jones as owner/GM.

when things get to a certain point jerry will do what needs to be done. he showed that with the parcells hiring, and to a lesser extent, mccarthy.

the hope has to be that jerry knows he doesn't have alotta time left and will hire the best candidate. not another dave campo/jason garrett/kellen moore type asskisser

Jerry been a step behind all year. Ended up paying more on the extensions due to waiting, now he waited until the best coach candidates won't be available to speak to until after the season. Maybe Ben Johnson could have been receptive. Maybe Vrabel would have listened. We'll never know now.

:mjtf: Have you followed this team lately? I don't care about him hiring Parcels. They do NOTHING in free agency.

I doubt Ben wants Jerry looking over his every move like a control freak. He’d probably pick LV if he had to choose
That’s the one thing that makes me second guess.

But I think Ben would be best in a situation with a solid offensive core and he can stay on his mad scientist shyt as a game planner/caller . IDK if I want him to be the culture setter of a team (Think Aaron Glenn is better as that guy)

Think Dallas and Jacksonville are the best spots for him.

Yeah going to Oakland makes no sense if you can pick whatever job you want. Dude must have a gambling addiction if he does that shyt.

Hard to assess how good a coach is when he's been with the Cowboys due to obvious reasons :yeshrug:

So he'll probably not have a hard time finding a new job. But what these chronically wack teams have in common is ownership, as seen with the switch in DC, so he probably wants to avoid those teams
