when things get to a certain point jerry will do what needs to be done. he showed that with the parcells hiring, and to a lesser extent, mccarthy.

the hope has to be that jerry knows he doesn't have alotta time left and will hire the best candidate. not another dave campo/jason garrett/kellen moore type asskisser
I'd be shocked if it's not Kellen. Jerry never wanted Kellen gone, that was a Mike call. When Mike first got here it was contingent on Kellen staying on as the OC. Plus all his offenses in Dallas spent most of the year as top 8 in scoring and points, it's just that he has the fatal flaw of when his offense is figured out, he can't adjust.

NYC (but PGH will forever be home)
Sean Payton had Drew Brees :patrice:

Tomlin had Rothlisbeurger.

McCarthy don’t got an ugly loss like losing to Tebow.

And McCarthy had Prime Aaron Rodgers- who may have been one of the best statistical QB's, ever.

Tomlin and Payton have also proven they can win with rookies and/or trash at the QB position. McCarthy has not.

McCarthy, for the most part, has never been forced into such a position. He's only coached like 30-ish games without Rodgers or Dak as his QB. He's like 16-18 or something of the sort. Which isn't terrible all things considered.

Kind of fukked up to hold this statistic against him when 90 percent of the time, he's been blessed with a great QB.

if it's kellen, it's not gonna be any better than it has been. may have 11 or 12 win seasons in the beginning, but then it'll be downhill from there. jerry did that same bullshyt with garrett and wade phillips and garrett cost phillips his job. that's why i hated seeing garrett get that job. not to mention he was one of, if the the originator of being back in shotgun and throwing on short yardage downs when he should've been running. that's why i don't wanna see sarkesian either.

this team needs a tough, defensive taskmaster and a strong personnel man. i wouldn't mind carroll for a couple of years, but i'd really like to see flores, but i doubt that'll happen.

Never going to happen when players can just go complain directly to the owner and one of the personnel people is literally the owners son :pachaha:

Getting a coordinator who has repeatedly pumped out top 10 offenses and trying to outscore everybody is probably the best and only path the cowboys have of having any post season success. Anything else requires removing people in the organization with the last name Jones and that shyt aint happening ever.
