Mike McCarthy Will Remain as Dallas Head Coach

McCarthy is the only coach on that list to have a Franchise QB, in his prime, on his roster every year. So by that measure he has underperformed.

Tomlin and Harbaugh have shown that they can win, even with some garbage QB's. Not sure McCarthy can say the same.

Payton had multiple 7-9 seasons with prime Brees and shoulda moved on faster. But yeah Harbaugh and Tomlin might look different if Dak was their worst starting QB.

People throwing Dak under the bus but say McCarthy just needs a TRUE FRANCHISE QB.

What people always forget, was that McCarthy won in the 2010-2011' season, and that for 8 more seasons, McCarthy would help Aaron get into the playoffs... but his Offensive Gameplan would ALWAYS start abandoning the Run and using the the QB a majority of the time.
