You make decent points...But the bottom line is you weren't there and I wasn't there..Mike was and still is...

What he has to say logically holds more weight than the rest of us...

What is his agenda? He's always been a brutally honest and transparent guy..And humble almost to a fault...You think he's really concerned about making his era seem more gully? He's Mike fukkin Tyson.. He doesn't need to do that...

You from the outside looking in telling him his experiences are false seems silly...

Outside of him being a famous boxer that knew a couple of rappers back in the day...what makes Mike Tyson some unimpeachable singular voice of importance and authority on the early 90's rap game, that his casual recollection of it should be taken as unquestioned gospel? :heh: Again, I'm not saying he's trying sneak some agenda by going up there and deliberately misleading Bill Simmons' podcast listeners...to me, he's just another 46 year old man taking a trip down memory lane :ahh: 'ing over the prime of his life and getting a little bit carried away by nostalgia...as muh'fukkas are prone to do, it's human nature...I've heard old heads talk about pretty much every facet of life imaginable in similar ways..

Mike Tyson is not the first person in the world to have spoken on the rap game back then vis a vis rappers as "tough guys" and "gangstas"...I've heard quite a few first hand accounts on the matter from drug dealers and gangstas from that era to rappers themselves to just people who've long been documenting the game...and "most rappers were certified tough guys and killers" is a minority sentiment at best...and that's not even considering my own common sense take on the matter

U mean nikkaz like 50?, Game? Jeezy? Gucci?:troll:

Im comparing to nikkaz who dnt wait till fame hits to start putting on a thug bravado

Pac was a fakket ass strippin ass ballerina...that what he was...so he shouldve been rappin as one since he was supposed to be soo real..according to his stans anyways:pachaha:

While we got a real WC nikka like K dot who surpasses Pac in skill, character and genuineness and isnt out there acting and sht

And u wanan tell em u had it better right??When u had some fakket ass ballerina ass nikka out there fronting like some thug cuz he felt that was the only way he could reach us....

nikka fck outta here..Pac aint nothing but a bytch nikka turned thug and got so consumed into the character he played that he payed for it...and I have no sympathy for his dumass

So stay mad as we got real nikkaz like K dot and sht:pachaha:

Plz.....u can fool them dumass cac hipsters with ur lil urban tales about pac but not me :rudy:

Why are you so focused on Pac though? Mike was talking about a whole generation of rappers but you been stuck on one nikka. And as soft as you say Pac was I would bet money you WOULD NOT talking all this greasiness you talking to the man's face in person.
Your generation is softer than tres leches, just deal with it young slime. And this ain't exclusive to rap nikkas either

lmao cam looking at the crowd like :scusthov: "fall back...fall back"

nah i was a super dip stan and my homie showed me it and i was convinced

there were people in front of cam, so he weren't able to jump over lol

and smh @ the rucker, cam blending in with the regular folk while jim doing

hurdles....thats my dips doe.

Haha you gotta look at Dipset as a hood movement rather than a "gangster" movement. Not everybody from the projects is a killa lol. And thats what Dipset represented to me, jus hood street nikkas having fun n wilding out. Not no crime organization trying to be legit or sumtin or a team full of gorillas.

Jim Jones like 5'9 , Juelz like 5'8 lol

Edit: Me and my homie used to see Juelz at the park with his son all the time, rocking that big ass A chain. My mans wanted to robb him for that shyt one time :lolbron: , L'z b lookin like food in the hood lol

hiphop nowadays is looked at as a joke..not only by nikkas like me, but even a lot of white folks too..

back in the day, white folks was shocked & awed by hiphop cuz it was from the hood & was raw..even the non street/gangsta rap like PE had a hardcore edge to it & you took them serious

i can't take NONE of these nikkas today serious..cuz none of'em have a serious vibe to'em, at all..

Been saying this. Every rapper is too corporate and focused I their brand.

The Dips got real street nikkas in their circle, but for the most part, they not as tough(except Zeke and Hell rell) as they made themselves out to be...not saying they're soft or anything like that.
