Interesting considering he grew up in a wealthy and privileged home. He is like that song "Super Rich Kids" that smash daddy's luxury automobile.
Miles' family was wealthy in comparison to the vast majority of what Black people had or didn't have back then but he wasn't a Rockefeller now. It wasn't like he was some brat running around without a care in the world.
I thought a lot of his later work wasnt good. It was just too all over the place. It had no theme and nothing i could grab on to. Just a bunch of trumpet gymnastics with no real melody for me to jam to.
That "On The Corner" remix with Future and Gunplay...2013 is going to be his year, though. Hear he's going to get 2 Chainz on that "Kind of Blue" remix.

I've owned two copies of his autobiography and I've read it at least five times.
There's always room to appreciate "old news", especially if a lot of people still don't know his importance in music history.
