You get a check on the 1st and the 15th no ifs about it

So I always said I will get this that and this Got into debt bad if I can go back I would save 10 to 15 percent of my check ( get a separate bank account and set a allotment to it so your don't see it)

Getting cars trying to floss with insane interest rates .... for example getting a truck paying 345-500 note but forgetting about insurance which at that age I was at was maybe 300 .... forgot about gas ... a tire getting blown paying deductibles etc...

Family asking for money

How to move with that extra money during and after deployments ....I seen cats come back with 50k and asking for AER loans after 2 months :picard:

Wrap up and don't believe they on birth control don't mess with the towns woman .... don't take condoms from them

They know what you get paid better than you:usure: "what's your rank" :feedme:

If you get offerd a school take it

1. It gets you away from work for a week or 2
2. You build points for later promotion (get a book where you keep all your info it will save you and help you)

Don't be lazy work out on your own

Don't be a kiss ass but also don't be a mark :martin:

Trust and believe the army is great but it's the people that fukk it up

:hubie:
Never smash the local women they always looking for the come up!!!

i'm almost at the halfway point now, coming up on reenlistment next year actually

but what people don't realize about the 20 is that a lot of it is luck. some people just get dealt shyt hands. if i get out, it'd have to be now because i'm not going to be the guy to quit at the 15 year mark... those dudes who do hate life on a whole other level

shyt the day I made MSG I just thought for sure I would make SGM....Ever since I landed this new job I realize I don't have the want to even politic for that...I just want to take care of Soldiers and go home to my family...Not meet with CSM such and such and General such and such...I think I will always regret leaving regiment and coming back out to regular Army but at the same time that SFAB stuff is looking like it's right down my ally. I'm almost to 16 years now and just got passed over for promotion to SGM I was lightweight salty.

I can't tell you what the board was looking for but the 1 dude who made it I can say he was deserving we checked a lot of the same blocks but I think the fact he had a recent combat deployment helped him.

I'm looking at the WO route right now because - same thing, I just want to train people

NCOs get done so dirty its straight comical. Just a few months ago I helped this girl move, took her to the hospital, and legit helped her get back on her feet and happy with life

what do my peers do? the same people i helped out? they said i was fukking her :dead: my own soldier :dead:

you can't help people as a peer. probably the first thing i learned after getting promoted.

Somewhere on an Xbox
what do you do exactly?

How long do i have to be in that bytch?
Can i go to school in the navy? They pay for my shyt?
If so what are some good degrees to get that will get me a good job as a civilian?
Cant i still be in the navy and work a 9-5 with my own shyt? house and all that. My ex was an auditor. If she didnt wear her uniform to work shyt i wouldnt know. It was just like a normal 9-5.
And what assignments pay the most or train you for a great career as a civilian?
  1. As an LS, I make sure that the ship/dude's running/maintaining the ship have all the shyt they need to do their job i.e. a buy parts. The rate is broad as shyt so it's way more than that.
  2. 13 Weeks. You actually are lucky to get in now because the PT Standards are lax as fukk. Study that DEP book like you life depends on it and pass that PT test and you're automatically an E-2. The males have to run a 16:00 minute mile and a half and it's 18:00 for the females.
  3. Yeah, you can go to school, but it's easier to go while you have shore duty.
  4. Yup all school is free for you.
  5. I'm not far enough in my career to answer this one. @MegaTronBomb! Can prolly answer that for you.

shyt doesn't make any sense...One of the best NCO's I've ever worked with is a 92F Fueler and the dude can't make it past SSG....The dude has college, PT score over 270, awards, and a ton of deployments but never makes it....Watch it be some bullshyt like he was never a recruiter or instructor or probably the board panel just doesn't like his DA Photo.
