It's a document from your unit that allows you to move off-base because there's 'no more room in the barracks/housing'. Once you move off-post the military gives u an allowance depending on rank, status and location to help out with living expenses.

that certificate is saying there is no housing on post so you have to live off post.

Some post let you choose to live on post or off post majority of people prefer on post cuz u get a nice as house.

Yes i have to pay my own rent and shyt but living off post they pay you extra money just for living off post. They go by how the economy is in that area and give you a flat rate by your rank.

Like for example where im at now.
If i was in the military they would pay me like an extra 980 i think to live off post thats not including my normal pay check.

Living off post if u do it right u can save so much more if you don't go somewhere too expensive

The benefit on post is you dont pay no rent no electric no nothing but all u get is ur normal paycheck not the extra paycheck which is BAH

As far as racsim, if there is any BLATANT racism(as in the "fukk you ******!!!" kind) it's probably in Basic Training, where everyone is fresh of the streets of wherever they're from. 'Racism' beyond that point is stuff like Whites/Latinos/Asians looking out for their own/fukkin' over the 'others' as far as promotions/opportunities go. Same shyt as in the civilian world

I was a marine stationed in San Diego and every time a carrier went out on a cruise you knew the e-club was gon be poppin full of WestPac widows(husbands on deployment). shyt was cool cause I was young and didn't give a fukk but looking back its sad that we was happy it was gon be some new ass at the club knowing they married. I have no idea how many wives I ran through out there.

I only been in for a year n a half but my first duty station is in Germany so I got some stories too lol.

So one Sunday night last year me and the homies decide to ride out to Frankfurt Sportsbar which is like a 30 minute drive away from Wiesbaden, it was a fourday weekend too so that shyt be packed and Frankfurt has like nothing but bad hoes.

So we get packed up in my homie Chryslar 300 like 5 deep lol and finally make it there at like 1 in the am. So we chillin on the dance floor and outta nowhere these 3 chicks(1 asian, 1 white, 1 latina lookin) just comeup dancing on us all the brehs there with the face except for the 2 that got left out lol. So we go up to the bar they buying drinks n shyt and by 3 they talking about they wanna come back to base with us .

We leave asap the 2 dudes that didn't get chicks are in the front seat salty as hell driving us back. We 6 deep packed in the back nikkas suffocating n shyt cause there was no room but the hoes didn't even care lol. We get back to base me and my 2 homies decide we all go back to my room. It was like a porno flick in there I was on my bed with the asian, my roomate had the white chick on his bed, and my other homie smashing the latina chick in front of the room on the floor . shyt was epic and one of them asked us for some water so I got up and gave the asian chick some of that nasty german tap water straight out the sink white girl was like damn you gonna make her drink some faucet water, I was like . The next morning we kicked them hoes out made them take cabs back to Frankfurt lol was a good end to the 4day.

Not me somebody i know did and it wasn't cuz they got KICKED OUT.

they catch that shyt the quick to kick you out or make you PCS aka move to another duty station and then attach that shyt to your record to where its impossible to get promoted

Yeah, my first CO and NCO got kicked out because of this. I always say the shyt's not worth it. Find a civilian broad, or a chick from another unit.

Depends on your field. There are a lot of technical jobs where a soldier can get out and make twice as much $$, but most of them require a six year initial commitment. Everybody I've known that was military intelligence and got that Top Secret Clearance got out and got good federal jobs. Another cat I know worked on Patriot missile systems and was making damn near six figures doing the same thing in some Middle Eastern country. It ain't always like this though, it just depends on your specific job.
