If i'm a city and an nba team does that, i'd tell em to fukk off quick...and if i DID give them $250 million, it would be a tax payer EQUITY PURCHASE so the city would own a portion of the team and would have to VOTE as a shareholder for a move. and if they didn't go along with that? enjoy las vegas.
