Indie game world is getting absolutely scorched in these reviews though, no respect … if this were any AAA developer they wouldn’t even let them talk about the game like that without a threat the publication/platform will never get another exclusive again


I’ll get it eventually but doesn’t seem like a first day cop. I am super into the concept and prospect of GTA competitors. GTA is literally the only entity, brand or franchise that defies the duopic nature of life on our planet - a competitor is destined to emerge

Unless GTA is some God in itself and we really in a simulation of GTA 9 or something


On Hollywood Blvd I saw an oddly placed and for some reason not readily removed (regulations of Hollywood Blvd don’t allow such encampment behavior) tarped up camper van that had “GTA 6 will come out when you realize you’re already in it” written on it

why didn't they just delay the game if it has all these problems? the delay is damn near industry standard at this point

Cash flow.

Bigger studios can dip into their reserves to pay expenses. I imagine they're reliant on sales to keep things running after the scheduled date.
