Came in here just to say Tom Cruise needs to stop watching so many fkn silent 1920’s films

Replace the entire 30 minute final act with black and white, old timey piano, and subtitle breaks and you wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference

My buddy went to see this last week and said that it was just OK. I then said that I would have to watch the last one because I didn't see that one either but he told me I might as well not bother because they spend the first half of this movie trying to explain everything. Is that true?

That’s true.

But Honestly, they spend much of this movie explaining/revisiting much of the entire MI franchise.

Just saw this joint tonight. I liked it. Movie was STRESSFUL in a good way. Had me at the edge of my seat multiple times, ready to throw my hands up like this is over there’s no way. Was a good time overall for me. This was a nice avenue to get me into my summer movie mode. Gonna run this AMC A-List subscription into the ground.

They were both mediocre. This one had better set pieces but worse pacing. Franchise peaked from 3-6.

Made zero sense but for PR basically. The whole nuclear storyline got 40 minutes when it should have got 10.
