Since Latino ain't a race, Latinos can be black white or Asian. However there's close to 50 million Afro latinos in the Americas. Most cops/cacs don't know anything about the difference between Afro American and Afro Latino. Which is just language and cultural really. All still black.

I've been mistaken for being Cuban and Dominican in the states.

Coming back from Mexico my parents got stopped by tsa cause they thought they were Cubans smuggling cocaine. My father showed them his u.s. Military issued passport & they still searched him and my mom's.

In Germany the women there knew soon as I smiled that I was from the states. Weird thing though the men there would always ask if I was from Africa.
