Cool. Will there be blackouts? Also, what do the playoffs/world series rights look like?

Only in your local market, for all other teams, you will be able to watch those games. Playoffs will remain the same between TBS and FOX. Wild Card Series will go to either NBC or Apple.

So 30 exclusive games meaning a weekly primetime game on ESPN/ABC (like Sunday Night Baseball)?

Maybe on a different night of the week?
