Pretty tony and Big Doe Rehab AVERAGE?!?

You out of your damn mind.
Pretty Tone is probably just above average but Big Doe is def average.

With the exception of Fishscale, all those Ghost albums are average at best - none of them shyts have a track as good as Buck 50, Stroke of Death or Run….

Those Rae albums are average as fukk as well as truth be told

Add Maxine to this too.

Well, that Premium Pete interview was in 2016 and P didn't sound like they were beefing or had any hard feelings.

And that's why I stated P must a been super humble because if you talk sideways about me like that after we shake hands I'm going to take that as us still having an issue. Especially after Jay publicly peaced it out with Nas and did 2 songs with him by that time.

She’s been promoting it on her socials and Hav said she was in the studio with them while they were crafting the album.

My thinking is they just wanted to keep the album as the essence of who/what Mobb was and stood for. Besides Clipse there’s no other rappers on the album that they hadn’t collaborated with before.
Yep outside of Clipse and no Q-Tip it’s the same line up as The Infamous

She was in the studio with Hav and Alc for large portions of this album being made, and she and Al were both posting pics of each other in the studio yesterday. Hav and Al said having her there to approve of the music was super important to them

Yep

She’s all on Instagram promoting the album. Was at the release party last night chilling with Alch and Nas and her mother was there as well.

She was definitely part of the process. Her not being on the album is a just a testament to the last Mobb Deep album BEING the last Mobb Deep album. Its a full circle closing of the chapter of one of the genre’s greatest duos.

I’m sure, if there is a Hegelian Dialectic Part 3 she could be on there.

Pretty Toney Album is 4-4.5 mics easy. Most people couldn't get over Tush (listen to it now... it's not a Ghostface record, but it's a good record). That said, some of Ghost's best songs are on that album.

No album with Run, Keisha's House, Biscuits (Top 5 True Master beat... @ me if you want), Holla, Love and Ghostface can be considered "just above average."

Hell, Tooken Back is one of my favorite Ghost songs. But again, most people couldnt get over the Jacki O feature... irony being she absolutely annihilated that verse.

this album is really dope yall. they did right by P
They really did, just thinking how so many posthumous albums end up sounding corny. They really made this coherent. P versus came out fresh, all the features were hitting, and the instrumentals came off classic.

Feels good to see P get his flowers with a project like this.

yup, like instead of doing a part 2 of the same song with the same beat and concept. Give Santana fox a track that shyt would have been so dope, and shes ill and her beat selection is crazy.

We really didnt need that second part with H.E.R. You literally already got the best female vocalist in Jorja Smyth, why go again with a leser artist?
I like the HER version better, it sound more spooky.

Pretty Toney is about 3.5 mics imo - 4 mics can be argued….4.5 mics is stretching it.

This shyt has got me laughing because I know about beatmaking and MPCs

Als just out here pretending to tap on pads and turn dials to make dudes think how the fukk did he do this shyt.
The random pad tapping is also just his main producer signature tag since he got rid of the a-a-a-a-alchemist tag. That and the slowly raising the volume of the drums.

He just randomly hits a bunch of pads in no particular order. He has so many beats that start off that way.
