Listening to the Mobb Deep/Clipse track is making me fiend for a Clipse/Havoc produced project. Imagine the imagery, drug dealer tales, regrets and biblical bars over those dark ominous beats man. It would be a 5 mic classic. Alchemist can throw em some beats too. I wanna hear more from them.:whew:
I think most of us can agree that Clipse over some producers besides Pharrell would be dope

It’s hard for me to believe this didn’t chart first week ?
All we know so far is that it didn’t crack the top 50. Which means it sold less than 14,689. We will find out if it cracked the top 200 when that chart drops. Still very disappointing for the AOTY and arguably AOTD.

Respectfully we should just be happy that it’s a good album. The average Mobb Deep fan is in their 40s and isn’t keeping up to date on new album releases. Given the track record of posthumous releases most people even if they were aware of this album isn’t exactly rushing out to listen.
My hope is that with time word of mouth will spread that this is actually a quality release. It definitely has a chance to be on some end of year lists as well and could possibly launch a tour.
