This is not true. If there is little challenge, there’s little reason to use/master all the games mechanics.

to the bolded section I highlighted. All those things matter more in MH than in any of the games you mentioned. Not to mention MH contains all those elements while some games you mentioned focus on one or two aspects.

Yes it has those things, but again, your success in combat is primarily dictated by your equipment and its level vs the monster.

For all those aforementioned games your skill can take you places your equipment can not.

You can see people playing butt naked no damage playthoughs because those games are skill based. You won’t see that with MH cause your skills with the mechanics are secondary to the equipment you have.

That move is on a hotkey so there’s no skill in being able to use it.

He lunges forward and the sword will clip through anything so spacing didn’t matter. He didn’t even hit him with the first sword swipe but it still counted.

The monster wasn’t even looking at you or attempting to get out of the way of your attacks. He was spamming his own attacks in his own direction.

He didn’t react to any of the attacks outside the last explosion.

Why not just say yall like the game despite it shortcomings instead of just pretending the shyt ain’t there??

Yeah it is. Especially in comparison to other 3rd person action games.

There’s no real skill at play here.

Your success is 90% based on your gear vs the monster.

Skill/strategy can’t bring you to success outside of what your weapon-armor level dictates.

Post your gameplay of endgame content of World, Iceborne, or Rise please.
