The problem with many people, and I'm not specifically talking about OP, is that when their salary increases, they wanna live like the people in the tier above them. But your bank account ain't brolic enough for that higher tier. Stay at your current tier while your account gets more and more swole. That's how wealth is formed. Not saying save as much as you can, just don't splash chunks of money on things you might not necessarily need.

Man, I have been having new car/truck fever but the only time that car/truck is ugly is when the note & insurance is due. I have a car that's paid off now and despite the problems I have with it I can live with them to have a separate car.
Rent a car for the week/weekend. Costs a couple hundred but you can catch specials. It helps cure the fever without taking on a new payment.

my sister and brother in law only have one car, but that is what they have. my brother in law says he hates it. but his last car before that was a 3-series beamer so maybe that's the reason. they don't have the diesel, so I know their shyt drinks fuel like there's no tomorrow.

Your brother flexing. Only thing the 3 series got over the Jeep is the badge breh

Where could u live for an extra g a month.

When your car don't match your crib you tell in on yourself

This is some dumb ass shyt. The shyt that keeps people in debt. Just cause you have a nice house in a nice area don't mean you have to spend an extra $1k a month on a car if you don't want too just to "match your crib"

I cool on a new whip for a while. My fushion still got a lot of life in her. Plus payments are such a hassle. Glad I only have a 4K left on it.

When I get my taxes I'm a pay a chunk of it just to get ahead.

Next time I buy a new whip I need to have at least half the cost of the car up front. If not I'm Gucci

Well when you pull a 6 series in front of a dam slum you obviously have your priorities confused.

I'd rather have a car that doesnt match luxury then a one that doesn't match poverty

Man, honestly, Im fine with my car right now, low key. I just need these damn wheel bearings fixed. Car sounds like I have a V8 in it, when im driving :mjcry:

I want some rental property frfr. trying to get that F.U. money.
lol this made me laugh. Wheel bearings are not expensive to fix though, and you can get the bearings on amazon for a nice price. I've had to replace two of mine in the last three years. My mechanic charges 110 bucks for labor and I got the bearings on Amazon for 50 bucks

I think this where I fukked up, I went to express oil change and got quoted 250 per front tire and spent 500 for the front (in all, parts and labor), not knowing the backs were done for as well :mjcry:

Bout to hit up amazon tho and see whats what. :wow:

You know I thought about that but I figured if that did that then it would make me want to buy another car even more. It's like you get a tease with the new car and then they take it away. I'd be in there like a crack addict!!

He may need to step up to a X5. But seriously it may be time for an SUV of some sorts.
