I don't know if I can really trust this. I have a hard time believing that they got two different SoC architecture types being able to work out in tandem. That would raise eyebrows getting a PowerPC SoC working with the x86-64 AMD one they are loading up on at the same time. That alone is enough to disregard the "leak".

Also with the wireless front they have a really good low latency design that they should improve on further outside of just battery life. The DPad should go to the "swivel" design.

I agree and feel the same way (other do too from what I'm reading)

However, The rest of it is definitely good for the Xbox bruhs.

PS4 based on the specs is more powerful still. The 720 isnt really getting the internet excited so far.

Yeah, other than madden/ncaa ps2, the only other game I used BC for was God of War 2 and NFL 2K5.

BC built in is good if you wanna get rid of your old shyt and save space.

the windows 8 app shyt is probably the bigger piece of news if this holds true which does make sense for that part.

We'll see I guess. If they put in a 360 SOC in the new Xbox, I don't think it's outrageous to be true. But being able to be used in conjunction with the jaguar apu....that's where I'm callin

I was wondering why M$ was getting knocked on indie game development when it was perfectly clear that they had the advantage with Windows 8. This gives devs a MASSIVE platform for releasing their games. The millions of Windows 8 computers and the millions of eventual XBOX 720's sold.

The 720 is going to be the iOS of the video game world. Where developers go first. The PS3 will be the Android of the video game world. They'll get less indie exclusives and shytty ports.

sony and ms just switched places. this is exactly where they both were with the ps3 and xbox 360.

the manner in which the cores were put together for the ps3 was said to be a more powerful processor which = better AI (even for multiple background things going on... example the crowd in 2k can have a few more people doing a few different things then before to look more realistic, while the players on the bench are starting to react on their own a bit not just as a unit, all the while everyone on the court has their own seperate AI, thats even smarter then before)

but now its flipped in these systems where the xbox is looking like the more powerful system while the station is going to look beautiful and possibly run with less hiccups.

The funny thing is nikkas is hype about backwards compatibility yet what are they going to play?? There is NOTHING on Xbox worth playing anymore. If you really want to play Gears of War Judgment so bad then keep the shytbox hooked up to your old RCA TV in the basement.

I turned on my Xbox today after months of inactivity and I just dabbled in some Halo 4 for a little bit and immediately turned it off. BC isn't going to help the Xbox's problem guys.
