this is one of those times I appreciate Favre because he would blow off the coaches whether it was Holmgren, Sherman or McCarthy and do something to win the game on his own

now in critical spots he threw picks but Favre never played to lose and Rodgers needs to rebel against his coach for that

And what good did that do? They have the same number of rings and Favre played 16 years and Rodgers has played 7 and he's never played with a team as talented as the ones Favre had in the late 90s. Favre trying to win on his own hurt the Packers WAAAAAAAAAAAY more times than it ever helped.

:dahell: they had 5 mintues left and 3 time outs, how would 1 1st down win the game :dahell:
it would have force seattle to use all their timeouts and significantly take more time off the clock.

Thats 1 example, what about the million of other examples of pick 6's in that same situation ?

This is the coli yall... the sports section yall.. use 1 example as to why no one should ever do something ever again.. why even try after any interception ?

you and the 15 people who dapped this post I quoted are dumb as fukk

seriously, shut up. there are too many variables when it comes to a pick 6. the safest and most guaranteed option is to go down. and seeing as burnett has a qb like aaron rodgers, i would feel confident in that decision. now if i had a qb like colin crapernick, i would run like hell and try to score because i would have some sense that my qb ain't shyt so i gotta do whats best to score cuz he sure cant.

thats why they lost, playing like some pussies

He aint built for winning, so they lost. Plain and simple. He got no heart. A winner woulda said fukk that ima bout to take this shyt over myself. You obviously never played sports or was good at them to know what that feels like

oh really? then explain to me the bostick botch on the onside kick where he was suppose to block the oncoming gunner but used that winners mentality you so eloquently displayed :mjlol:

I guess you're right

But I think Rodgers needs to put the game in his hands especially with a two score lead. The middle of the SEA zone was open. They were eating all day there.

And if you're gonna run, atleast spread their defense out a bit. Our offensive line has gotten to be good but you can't try to do the old school stuff when it isn't our game

Since when do teams get aggressive throwing the ball when up two scores with 5 minutes left though? You really shouldn't be looking to your QB in that situation anyway. Now the ocassion where I think he should have been more aggressive was the final drive. They should have gone for the TD and the game there. FG should've been the last resort rather than the goal.

I'm not necessarily saying throw it every play.

But run the 4 minute offense they did vs. Dallas. Mix it up, go for the first downs. They made it way too obvious with the running and not getting positive yards.

At the very least play for field position, getting knocked back by running vs. 9 in the box is just bad situational football.

Be a little more aggressive and give the defense some kind of advantage by rest or field position or both.

If he was an actual winner he would have caught the ball not let it bounce off his head like some doofus on some cartoon shyt. That look like something a winner would do?:umad:

Yeah, like I said earlier, the offense shyt the bed too. My point was that generally in situations like these the QB with the lead is really an afterthought and not really looking to put an imprint on the game any longer. Gonna be interesting to see if Rodgers going forward says "fukk it" and keeps his foot on the gas in games like this.
