Each new photo makes his decision look worse. Lmfao at anyone defending his choice to slide after seeing this pic

Looks pretty bad seeing that pic but aint like Burnett had a bird's eye view of everyone on the field. Maybe he was thinking of not having a Marlon Mccree moment first and foremost. Anyway this is far down the list of why the Packers lost :yeshrug:

Exactly as I figured. That's why they didn't put his ass under the fire during the post game interviews.

Crazy right? The best player on our defense was exhausted when we needed him the most.

Imagine if this were Lebron? Actually we already went through this with lebron and his leg cramps. Imagine if this were Tony Romo. Imagine if this were D. McNabb. I get that he was playing hard 100% of the game but give me a fukkn break. Richard Sherman damn near broke his arm and he was out there every down.

Yeah if it's a couple snaps it's fine but c'mon Clay. Just being on the field would have had the Seahawks thinking twice.

When he was out of the game it was like a bball player seeing there's no rim protection and getting layups at ease.

Wow I have never seen anything like the hindsight questioning going on in this thread. So let's stick to facts:

1. He got a turnover
2. The only guaranteed scenario is going down and giving your offense the ball.
3. His defensive captain and lead blocker told him to go down.

let me repeat that for yall

HIS DEFENSIVE CAPTAIN AND LEAD BLOCKER TOLD HIM TO GO DOWN!

Nothing else matters after that point. You guys are telling him he should have ran and defied his teammate... for what? The improbable comeback that happened?

Nah man, this loss aint on Burnett. It's on the team, plain and simple. This was just one of many miscues and honestly it's pointless to even debate.

@KOBE was right. I've never seen a player questioned so hard for making a play and GIVING his team the ball back with a commanding lead. :heh: wtf?

the funniest shyt is on the list of shyt that packers shoudlve done this might not even make top 10. these dudes went and allowed 2 super quick TD scores, fukked up an onside kick recovery, failed to take off some time of the clock on previous drives, let seattle convert 3rd and ultra long, didnt protect against TD in OT...but people talk about a guy making a play and going down like he was told :heh:

That gives them plenty of time to stop the packers twice and score twice even if the didn't get an onside kick.
I dont agree with that they had one timeout and 3:50 left down 2 possessions. seattle hasnt shown they can pass the ball AT ALL.

They dont want us to see that dude had a clear path to the endzone and slid down for no reason

No, they had 5 minutes with three timeouts after the pick, look at the scoreboard in the gif

morgan-burnett-intercepts-russell-wilson-nfc-championship.gif

all it takes is Seattle's D forcing two three-and-outs, they had plenty of time.

Especially when the packers play prevent D after this.:mindblown:

I was talking about after the packers punted
