Wow I have never seen anything like the hindsight questioning going on in this thread. So let's stick to facts:
1. He got a turnover
2. The only guaranteed scenario is going down and giving your offense the ball.
3. His defensive captain and lead blocker told him to go down.

Nothing else matters after that point. You guys are telling him he should have ran and defied his teammate... for what? The improbable comeback that happened?
Nah man, this loss aint on Burnett. It's on the team, plain and simple. This was just one of many miscues and honestly it's pointless to even debate.
@KOBE was right. I've never seen a player questioned so hard for making a play and GIVING his team the ball back with a commanding lead.
