This is the list though I would put Hogan in the number one spot. If we are just talking wrestling popularity them I still believe Hulk is the most popular wrestler ever. The Rock is probably just as known as an actor as he is a wrestler. Another wrestler who is fairly known worldwide that is slept on is Sting.

cena is a bigger draw in wrestling, but i feel like savage was a draw, and he had mainstream appeal. a lot of it has to do with the product at the time, savage had the luxury of coming up during the hogan era, they had so much exposure. i think more people might know who savage is before cena.

but like i said, i have no issue putting cena in a top 5 most popular.

I love macho man but savage was never "THE GUY". He played second fiddle to hogan.
